What is Felted Soap?
YES! It is really soap! Felted Soap is an exquisite treat for your skin or a fantastic and unique gift to give. There’s no need for a washcloth or a loofah since Felted Soap is a 2 in 1 washcloth/soap combo. The soap bar is wrapped in multiple layers of vibrantly dyed wool fibers and then felted, or manipulated, until all the wool has matted and adhered to the surface of the soap.
Do I actually USE Felted Soap?
You sure do! Felted Soap is used just like regular soap. To use, remove label, then simply take your new felted soap to the sink, tub, or shower. Get the soap under water and let the water get through the wool. As the water gets through the wool and to the soap bar inside, the soap will start to come through the wool and the magic starts. Felted Soap will gently exfoliate your skin, as it cleanses. It’s amazing at getting rid of all the gunk on your hands too! Leaving them squeaky clean and soft. Place soap in a tray or side of sink so it can dry in between use. During use, the outside wool casing will continue to shrink until the inside soap is gone. You are left with a little scrubby, perfect for use during cleaning.

Why Use Felted Soap?
Using Felted Soap is Good Clean Fun! The soap suds come through the wool. The wool will help to exfoliate your skin, so there is no need for an extra washcloth or loofah. The wool makes the soap less slippery. Felted soap has a much longer life span than your typical soap bar. Lastly, Felted Soap is pretty and it seriously gets all the gunk off your hands.
What Kind of Soap do you Use?
Soap base is a commercially made plant-based soap with shea butter. Made with all-natural oils, butters, and a naturally derived preservative. They contain NO artificial dyes, isethionates, betaines, parabens, phthalates, or sulfates. They are never tested on animals. The soaps are made in the United States. We’ve found this scent to be gender-neutral and a simple clean smell. Full ingredient list can be found here.

These are beautiful. I was given one as a gift and loved it, but as time passed I wondered if there was any bacteria or mold growth in the fibers. I never saw any indication of it. Can you shed any information on that? Thank you.
Thank you so much for asking! Actually wool is kind of a magical fiber. No mold or bacteria grows on it! To ensure you get the most life out of the soap it is best to let it dry in-between use. But honestly, you’ll probably end up throwing it out or ordering a new one 😉 before you use it all up! Thank you again.
